Tasted at Bordeaux Index Chateau Margaux dinner at The Square. A silvery hue. This Pavillon Blanc has a lovely, creamy oaky nose that will be subsumed with time. A touch of smoke, cashew nut, linseed and green lemon. Great definition. The palate is well-defined with a citrus backbone, hints of lime, custard creams and a touch of roasted almond towards the finish. Very fine. Drink now-2015. Tasted October 2008.
